PIANO-POP TRIO VISIBLE MEN GEAR UP TO TOUR IN SUPPORT OF SOPHOMORE ALBUM, "LOVE:30"
Eugene, Oregon-based piano-pop outfit (a la Ben Folds) The Visible Men gear up to tour in support of their sophomore full-length, "Love:30" (Leisure King Productions).
Founded by Dustin Lanker (vocals, keyboards) and Dan Schmid (bass), two members of multi-platinum act Cherry Poppin' Daddies, and rounded out by Jordan Glenn on drums, the melodic pop trio's "Love:30" follows the duo beyond their debut, "In Socks Mode", offering more humor but more maturity as well.

"Love:30" possesses the songwriting prowess of Elvis Costello, Squeeze, and XTC into a near Ben Folds-esque presentation. Beautifully tense and moody piano pop with well-crafted songs, haunting piano melodies combined with rich and polished bass lines.
It's catchy, melodic, and memorable. The Visible Men have come into their own on their second record and released a strong record that avoids any sophomore slumps.
The band is available for interviews. If you need a press shot, please let me know. Bio available upon request, too.
