****PRESS RELEASE for Zombie Ghost Train USA Tour 2006****

Once upon a time three misguided Australian gravediggers formed a funeral parlor band called Zombie Ghost Train.

A sonic junkyard of psychobilly, garage punk and voodoo rythms, Zombie Ghost Train break down genres with their energetic and theatrical stage show. Blending their love of monster movies with 50's trash culture and punk rock they create something truly unique, imagine The Misfits meets Eddie Cochran!

Zombie Ghost Train are about to break out of their Australian coffins once again and embark on a 2 month USA and European tour comencing 17th Nov 2006. Experience the delight of three phantom engineers as they take in the USA from East to West and then on to Europe rolling through Spain, France, Germany, Austria & England.

Anybody fortunate enough to catch Zombie Ghost Train on their 2005 U.S.A. tour through California, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, will know the power that these lads hold on a live level. Even more fortunate are those who own a copy of Zombie Ghost Train's latest album "Glad Rags & Body Bags" out through Hairball 8 Records. Discover the supernatural sounds of Zombie Ghost Trains recently released collection of sinister songs…thriving upright bass…rootsy guitar work…feverish drums…and buoyant vocals. Among the many standout tracks on this CD is a brilliant rendition of Devo's hit song from 1980, "Girl U Want", which will have you singing along in no time. All aboard the Zombie Ghost Train…leaving the station just a soon as you pop this baby in your disc player!
